About the Role:



We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven, and passionate

Business Development Executive

to join our fast-growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential learners or institutional clients. You will play a key role in expanding the company's presence, promoting courses, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new leads through various online and offline channels. Conduct counseling sessions or sales calls to understand learners' needs and recommend suitable courses or programs. Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation ? qualification ? demo/pitch ? conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual learners, parents, and institutional clients. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and pipeline status in CRM tools. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and post-enrolment support. Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and education industry developments. Participate in webinars, education fairs, and promotional events as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent preferred). 0-3 years of experience in

sales, business development, or counselling

(preferably in the

EdTech / training / education industry

). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and regional languages preferred). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejections positively. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple leads simultaneously.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
