Position Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
to drive strategic partnerships and collaborations that strengthen our presence in the
fintech and technology ecosystem

The ideal candidate will proactively identify new opportunities, generate quality leads, build meaningful alliances, and nurture business relationships aligned with our vision of delivering secure and innovative digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard potential business partners, channel partners, and strategic alliances in
Fintech, SaaS, and Technology
sectors.
Generate high-quality leads through networking, research, and market intelligence.
Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and revenue-sharing models to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
Explore
co-marketing and co-branding opportunities
to maximize visibility and growth.
Track, measure, and analyze partnership and lead conversion performance, providing regular reports to management.
Stay updated with the latest trends in
Fintech, Digital Payments, SaaS, and App Development
to identify new opportunities.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
0 months - 1 year of experience
in business development, alliances, or partnerships in fintech/IT/software (freshers with strong networking & communication skills may also apply).
Ability to
generate and convert business leads
.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
.
Proven ability to build
long-term relationships
and manage multiple stakeholders.
Target-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of
payment gateway solutions, digital transactions, or app development
will be an added advantage.
