We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales and client engagement, and a keen interest in international B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients in domestic and international B2B markets.
Generate and manage business leads through research, calls, emails, and professional networking.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable consultancy or project solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and project documents.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
Support marketing and business outreach activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and digital campaigns.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for client interaction are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
Exposure to international or B2B markets will be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with online research and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
