Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through direct client interactions, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure win-win outcomes.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal departments to align business development strategies.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing ability.
Strategic and creative thinking for lead identification.
Goal-oriented and capable of handling multiple clients efficiently.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / BBA / MBA preferred.
