Job Summary:

We are hiring

Business Development Executives (BDEs) .

The role involves revisiting merchants and shops to ensure active engagement and usage of UPI QR services. Candidates with experience in

Fintech/BFSI/Telecom/Retail or field sales

are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit

assigned merchants and shops daily

for UPI QR revisit activities.

Work on

assigned leads

--no cold calling or lead generation required.

Ensure

merchant activation and retention

by explaining the benefits of Google Pay.

Complete a minimum of

15 valid tasks per day

(merchant revisits).

Maintain proper documentation and update visit details in the system/app provided.

Build and maintain a positive relationship with merchants for sustained engagement.

Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Fintech, Payments, or Field Sales.

Bike & Smartphone: Mandatory

(with a valid driving license).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

Up to

?25,000 CTC per month

Daily Incentives:

?120 - ?300 (based on performance)

Familiarity with digital payment systems / Fintech products is an added advantage
