Position Overview
We are looking for
fresh and enthusiastic Business Development Executives
who are eager to start their careers in sales and marketing within the engineering sector.
As a BDE, you will assist in identifying potential clients, generating business leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting senior managers in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify new business opportunities across target industries and regions.
Generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documents for clients.
Coordinate with the internal design, estimation, and project teams for deliverables.
Maintain a structured database of clients, follow-ups, and project leads.
Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and product presentations.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and online promotions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering ( Mechanical, or a related field.
Experience:
Freshers (0-1 year) are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Basic understanding of sales processes and B2B marketing.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital communication tools.
Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
