Lead Generation Specialist/Business Development to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and target markets for B2B events
Implement a variety of lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and attending networking events
Engage with prospects to ascertain their needs and provide information about our products/services
Evaluate leads and maintain the lead database for accurate tracking and reporting
Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance lead conversion and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine lead generation tactics for B2B events
Requirements:
Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing / business, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in lead generation or sales support roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
