Respond promptly and professionally to

across all social media and communication platforms.
Conduct
call outreach
to leads as per their stage in the sales pipeline.
Execute and monitor
Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
to nurture leads and promote services.
Join and engage in
Facebook groups and other online forums
to address immigration-related queries and subtly promote company services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to align on lead generation, marketing, and conversion strategies.
Track, analyze, and report lead conversion performance and suggest improvement strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proactive approach with good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of
digital marketing or CRM tools
is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
