About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, and other lead-generation channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business prospects. Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and sales pitches. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
