Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Through market research, networking, and cold calling.

2. Develop and maintain relationships: With key decision-makers at existing and potential customer accounts.

3. Negotiate and close sales deals: Ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.

4. Conduct market analysis and competitor research: To stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement business growth strategies.

6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding: Of our products, services, and pricing strategies.

7. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other business development-related documents: To senior management.

Requirements:

1.

2-4 years of experience

: In business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the food industry.

Freshers are also welcomed.

2. Proven track record of success: In identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Bachelor's degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
