Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and maintain business relationships with
Direct Clients, Tier-1 Vendors, and MSPs
across the US market.
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
Understand client requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close business deals effectively.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years
of proven experience in
Business Development / Account Management
within
US Staffing or IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of
US hiring processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorizations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in
US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
Proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other business development platforms.
