Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective leads and clients

2. Add Building and managing portfolio for HNI investors.

3. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and referrals.

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

5. Coordinate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders for property listings and collaborations.

6. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations

7. Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team

8. Maintain follow-up with interested clients until closure

9. Record and maintain daily call reports and lead status

10. Coordinate with sales and marketing team for smooth client handling

11. Handle client queries and provide prompt information

12. Site visit as per business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
