Job Description

Must have sealing product or services experience related to Infrastructure with IoT, Monitoring, Management, Automation, Analytics, Control, Cloud & Security



:

1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Analyze data and market insights to develop strategies for business growth and expansion.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.

3. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries. Understand client needs and requirements and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.

4. Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client needs and deliver value.

5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close deals and achieve sales targets in line with company objectives.

6. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, pipeline development, and progress towards targets using CRM software. Generate reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and forecasts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. o Proven track record in sales and business development. Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer acquisition strategies. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. o Minimum 2-4 years of experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,100.72 - ₹80,782.16 per month
