Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Present and promote ONE Simulation's products and services to prospective clients.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit timely reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and lead generation.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in
