About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth initiatives. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, nurturing prospects, conducting follow-ups, and assisting in closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, persuasive, and customer-focused, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle initial communication with prospective clients through calls, messages, or emails.
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant services/products effectively.
Schedule meetings or demos and coordinate with internal teams if needed.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to keep them engaged.
Support in negotiations, proposals, and final deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and status updates using CRM tools.
Work closely with the Head of Business Development to strategize and execute lead conversion plans.
Attend events, exhibitions, or client visits if required.
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a business environment.
Education:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Candidates with other educational backgrounds but strong BD skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
