We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Present and pitch products/services to potential clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Maintain reports of sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Prior experience in business development/sales will be an added advantage.
