Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through networking, field visits, and client outreach.
Identify and approach potential clients for business growth.
Understand customer requirements and present appropriate services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
Report daily/weekly progress and share feedback from field activities.
Promote brand awareness and represent the company at external events and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Female candidates with
up to 2 years of experience
in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Ability to build trust quickly and handle customer objections professionally.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
Willingness to travel within assigned areas and meet clients regularly.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and result-oriented mindset.
