Business Development Executive

Salary Range:

?18,000 - ?22,000 per month

Experience Required:

1 - 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through fieldwork, networking, and client engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Conduct on-ground marketing activities, meetings, and presentations to promote services. Collaborate with the internal team to align sales strategies with business objectives. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (1-3 years). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle on-ground activities. Target-oriented with a proactive and self-driven approach. Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.
