Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the IT industry, strong client-handling
skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT industry.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
? Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor
activities.
? Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
? Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and technical) to ensure client
satisfaction.
? Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and business goals.
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
? Minimum 1+ year of experience in business development/sales in the IT industry.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
? Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, or services.
? Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
