Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Business Development Executive who can handle a mix of sales, operations, and data management. The role will involve generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, managing day-to-day operational tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Create and manage listings/ads on online platforms to generate leads. Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails. Pitch product offerings, negotiate, and close sales deals. Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Operations

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, QC, customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Track product movements, payments, and customer updates. Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closures.

Data Entry & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance in Excel/CRM. Update daily/weekly sales and operations reports. Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in sales, operations, or data entry (freshers can also apply). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data handling. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a target-driven role.
