Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to meet company goals.
Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
Prepare and present proposals, business plans, and reports to management.
Track and evaluate business performance metrics.
Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and target markets
Relationship management:
Build and nurture relationships with clients and partners
Strategic planning:
Create business plans and strategies to achieve company goals
Sales:
Make sales projections and forecasts, and create proposals and presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Real Estate trends is a plus.
