Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to offer suitable solutions.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
Manage CRM entries, reporting, and follow-up systems for lead tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in IT sales or service-based selling (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
Good to Have:
Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with IT tools like CRM, Trello, Jira, Slack, or HubSpot.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or UI/UX will be a plus.
