Position: Business Development Manager - Team Lead
We are looking for a motivated and experienced BDM Team Lead to head our business development and sales efforts. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals, drive sales growth, and help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Team: Manage and motivate the sales team to meet business goals
Sales Strategy: Plan and implement strategies to grow sales and meet targets
Training & Mentoring: Support team development through coaching and regular training
Performance Tracking: Monitor team progress, conduct reviews, and suggest
improvements Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients and ensure top-notch service
Market Awareness: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and competitors
Reporting: Share sales updates and feedback with senior management regularly
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business or Marketing)
2+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Knowledge of Noida and NCR real estate markets is a plus
Data-driven decision-making and performance analysis abilities
