Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record in sales.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current contacts.
Generate leads, set up meetings, and present business proposals to potential clients.
Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
