We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
B2B lead generation
for international markets, leveraging tools like
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo
, and
email marketing platforms
. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking skills, email automation expertise, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Targeting:
Understand company offerings, conduct in-depth market research, and identify optimal platforms for client outreach.
Lead Generation:
Design and implement customized outreach strategies via LinkedIn and email to attract potential clients.
Email Marketing & Automation:
Use platforms such as
Snovio
and
HubSpot
to automate and optimize email campaigns for maximum engagement.
Networking & Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers using professional platforms like LinkedIn.
Lead Conversion:
Collaborate closely with the
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to move leads through the sales funnel and convert them into clients.
Campaign Performance Tracking:
Analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
Industry & Trend Awareness:
Stay current with international B2B trends, outreach techniques, and evolving algorithms in email and LinkedIn marketing.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in
B2B lead generation
using email and LinkedIn outreach
Proficiency in
email automation tools
(Snovio, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong understanding of
LinkedIn strategies
(filters, groups, personalized messaging)
Basic knowledge of
IT services and technology stacks
Ability to
qualify and prioritize leads
effectively
Skill in
personalizing outreach content
for better engagement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and
independent working ability
Experience with
cold calling in international markets
Familiarity with
CRM systems and lead management tools
Experience using
Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Lead Gorilla
, and various social media platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
