Role Overview



We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Lead Generation Associate to support our sales team by identifying potential prospects and gathering essential contact information. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in warming up leads, expanding our outreach efforts, and facilitating client engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Reach out to international leads via phone, email, or chat Understand client requirements and offer relevant services Maintain strong follow-ups and close sales efficiently Update and manage CRM tools with lead and sales data Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve conversion rates

Requirements



Excellent

verbal and written English communication skills

Comfortable working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.) Confident, persuasive, and good at building rapport Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales tools (preferred)

Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
