We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business clients for our digital and IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.

Website Design & Development
SMS/WhatsApp Marketing
SEO, SEM & Social Media Marketing
Mobile App Development (Android/iOS)
UI/UX and Graphic Design Services
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and quotations.
Schedule client meetings, deliver presentations, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track all activities through CRM or reporting tools.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competition.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or digital marketing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with digital tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, email marketing tools, etc.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Prior experience in selling IT services.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and web technologies.
Knowledge of current trends in SMS/WhatsApp marketing and mobile apps.
