Key Responsibilities:



Connect with potential students via

calls, emails, and walk-ins

to counsel and convert them into admissions Understand student needs and provide accurate information about

courses, eligibility, career paths, and fee structure

Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective leads Achieve

monthly sales targets

for student admissions Maintain

accurate records

of calls, leads, and admissions in CRM systems Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Participate in education fairs, webinars, or other promotional activities as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education or business preferred) 0-2 years of experience in

education counselling, inside sales, or B2C sales

(EdTech preferred) Strong communication and

persuasion skills

Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools Confident, self-motivated, and sales-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
