We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to counsel and enroll students in our UG & PG online programs. This role involves connecting with prospects through calls and online platforms, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:



Counsel prospective students on UG/PG programs via calls and online platforms Manage leads through data calling, follow-ups, and CRM tracking Convert inquiries into successful admissions Maintain accurate records of interactions and walk-ins Assist in improving student experience and feedback handling

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any field Strong communication and persuasion skills Experience in telesales or educational sales preferred Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms Target-driven and customer-focused approach
