Space Manager Ltd. is a Dehradun-based architectural, interior designing, and turnkey solutions provider, delivering innovative, functional, and high-quality design and execution services. As we continue to expand our presence, we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the company's growth objectives in architecture, interior, and turnkey projects.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, developers, and consultants Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and execution teams for proposals and quotations Prepare and follow up on proposals, tenders, and contracts Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client databases Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities Represent the company at site visits, meetings, and industry events
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in architecture/interior/real estate industry preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to build long-term client relationships Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is an advantage Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
