The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, sales support, and strategic planning to expand the organization's customer base and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company objectives
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
