Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers, including homeowners, builders, contractors and architects in the Dehradun.
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Promote Rippotai's & Chhabra Marble's product range and turnkey services (from design to delivery).
Visit clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable product and service solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the Delhi head office and local teams for pricing, quotations, and service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence about competitors, pricing, and new projects in the area.
Represent the company at local exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-2 years of experience in sales or business development - preferably in construction/interior or real estate industry.
Good local network in Dehradun (builders, architects, contractors, etc.) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
