Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Handle inbound inquiries from calls, online ads, and walk-ins.
Build strong relationships with clients and investors.
Conduct property presentations and site visits.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline through regular follow-ups.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any stream); MBA preferred.
0-3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-driven and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
