Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Business Development Executive

to join our real estate sales team. The role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and driving sales of our premium residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities



Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Handle inbound inquiries from calls, online ads, and walk-ins. Build strong relationships with clients and investors. Conduct property presentations and site visits. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain a strong pipeline through regular follow-ups. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate regulations.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree (any stream); MBA preferred. 0-3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate experience is an advantage). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Goal-driven and self-motivated. Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
