We are hiring passionate and result-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our dynamic sales team.

This is a full-time role suitable for candidates with

0-4 years of experience

in business development, client acquisition, or sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to grow in the sales field are also welcome.

As a

Business Development Executive at Ace Amaze

, your primary responsibility will be to

generate quality leads, approach potential clients, present our digital marketing and creative services, and convert them into successful business deals

. You will be the face of our company, helping us expand our client base and build long-term professional relationships.

We offer a competitive salary package of

?10,000 - ?25,000 CTC per month

, along with

performance-based incentives

for achieving monthly targets. This ensures that your earnings can grow significantly with your performance, giving you both stability and rewards.

Your day-to-day role will involve

prospecting new clients, making calls, conducting meetings, following up on leads, and maintaining sales pipelines through CRM tools

. You will also collaborate with the internal team to create growth strategies and ensure smooth client onboarding. Candidates with prior experience in

digital marketing, IT sales, or advertising services

will be given preference, though it is not mandatory.

This is an

office-based position with 6 working days per week

, and the job timings are

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

. We are looking for

both male and female candidates

who have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
