Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned location.
Visit clients/customers to explain and promote company products/services.
Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, and end customers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the manager.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with the back-office team for timely delivery and support.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions if required.
Key Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass, Graduation preferred.
Proven experience in field sales or freshers with strong sales interest.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Must be willing to travel locally (bike/scooter preferred).
Knowledge of the local area and customer behavior is a plus.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
