Role Overview
We are looking for a
results-driven Business Development Executive
who can generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals for
IT services and software products
. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through B2B sales, partnerships, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
Identify, qualify, and close
B2B leads
for IT services (Web, App, SaaS, Digital Marketing, CRM, Custom Software).
Pitch and sell company products (SaaS tools, mobile apps, business automation systems).
Handle inbound & outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, portals, and events.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client business needs and propose suitable
tech & digital solutions
.
Conduct product demos and solution presentations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals.
Maintain long-term relationships and upsell services.
Business Growth
Develop new business opportunities through partnerships, resellers, and agencies.
Identify market trends and suggest new product or service ideas.
Work closely with marketing and delivery teams for lead conversion.
Sales Process & Reporting
Maintain CRM with leads, follow-ups, deals, and forecasts.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
1+ years
experience in
IT services or software product sales
Strong understanding of:
Web & Mobile App Development
SaaS & Cloud products
Digital Marketing services
Software solutions for businesses
Experience in B2B consultative selling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, portals, etc.
Ability to close mid to large ticket deals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ?11,719.63 - ?36,577.75 per month
