. We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
who can drive sales, generate leads, set appointments, and build strong client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads through
email marketing, cold calling, social media outreach, and networking
.
Manage and optimize campaigns across
LinkedIn, Facebook, and Email
for lead generation.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Set appointments with qualified leads for the sales/consulting team.
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Work with the marketing team to design strategies that increase brand visibility.
Maintain CRM records, track communication, and follow up with leads consistently.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
lead generation, business development, or sales
(preferably in IT, Digital Marketing, or Consulting industry).
Strong communication and persuasion skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in
email marketing tools, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM software
.
Ability to handle
cold calling and client presentations
confidently.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based role.
Knowledge of
digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or B2B sales
will be an added advantage.
