Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to meet clients and pitch hiring solutions. Generate and acquire new business through field sales and follow-ups. Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Achieve weekly and monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain sales reports and ensure timely CRM updates.
