We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to help us expand our IT services portfolio. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, lead generation, and client management, with strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in IT Business Development or IT sales
(service-based preferred).
Strong understanding of IT services like software development, web/app development, cloud services, or digital solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create meaningful client relationships and close deals.
Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation platforms.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
