Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on incoming enquiries and leads from ads, campaigns, and digital platforms.
Call potential customers, explain our products (CNC finishes, Waterjet finishes, Hydro finishes, stone washbasins, etc.), and convert them into confirmed deals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Identify new sales opportunities and assist in expanding the company's market reach.
Stay up to date with design trends, competitor activities, and market developments to create a strong competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales or marketing within the Marble, Granite, or Natural Stone industry preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good market knowledge.
