Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving growth in patient volumes, corporate tie-ups, and strategic partnerships for the hospital. The role involves developing referral networks, corporate accounts, insurance empanelments, and marketing initiatives while ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Business Growth & Strategy
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase OPD/IPD volumes
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support launch of new specialties, services, or clinics
Referral & Relationship Management
Develop and manage relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers
Conduct regular field visits to referral sources
Organize CMEs, doctor meets, and engagement programs
Corporate & Insurance Tie-ups
Acquire and manage corporate accounts for health check-ups and wellness programs
Coordinate empanelment with insurance companies, TPAs, and government schemes
Negotiate commercial terms and agreements
Marketing & Outreach
Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional activities
Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach
Support digital lead follow-ups and conversion
Revenue & Reporting
Achieve assigned revenue and patient acquisition targets
Prepare MIS reports on referrals, revenue, and performance
Track ROI of business development initiatives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
