Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through site visits, cold calling, references, and digital leads
Handle residential/commercial property inquiries and convert leads into sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, agreements, and handover processes
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Assist in promotional activities, exhibitions, and property launches
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
Knowledge of local real estate market, property laws, and documentation
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Willingness to travel for site visits
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
