Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, outreach, and lead generation to drive revenue growth.
Conduct consultative sales engagements -- understand client needs, recommend tailored marketing solutions, and guide clients through strategic options.
Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups, updates, and strategic discussions.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, and delivery) to develop customized service offerings and ensure seamless execution.
Provide expert sales consulting by advising clients on campaign planning, pricing, and performance optimization.
Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and marketing pitches to prospective clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices to inform strategy and improve sales outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience
in business development, sales, or client acquisition -- preferably within a
marketing, digital, or advertising agency
.
Strong understanding of marketing services (digital marketing, branding, SEO, social media, etc.) and the ability to consult clients on strategic decisions.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing consultative support through the sales cycle.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
