Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and convert potential leads into customers through inbound and outbound communication.
Promote and explain Skilltyro's healthcare training programs to prospective students, clients, and institutions through calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and educational institutions.
Achieve
monthly sales targets
through effective planning and execution.
Participate in marketing initiatives, seminars, and outreach activities as required.
Provide
monthly performance reports
to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to CRM leads and re-engage non-converted prospects
Explain course offerings, career outcomes, and value proposition clearly
Schedule, conduct, and follow up on demo sessions to ensure attendance
Convert demo attendees into enrollments by handling objections effectively
Coordinate payment/loan processes with the collections team
Maintain accurate lead, demo, and enrollment records in TeleCRM
Support smooth student onboarding by coordinating with academic teams
Performance Expectations:
Achieve daily calling and monthly demo/enrollment targets
Maintain strong demo attendance and conversion ratios
Deliver professional, student-focused communication
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Sales preferred.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to perform in a target-based role.
Willingness to travel within Telangana as and when required.
