1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through online research, social media, field visits, and networking.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a continuous pipeline.
2. Client Relationship Management
Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
Understand client requirements and explain company services/products clearly.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
3. Sales & Conversion
Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Follow up consistently to ensure conversions happen within the expected time.
4. Market Research
Study market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to management to improve business strategies.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Update CRM or internal trackers with lead status and client communication.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements when required.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with marketing, operations, and production teams.
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations team.
7. Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Actively work on improving overall performance.
8. Customer Support
Assist customers with queries even after onboarding.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term association.
9. Branding & Promotion
Participate in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
