Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities in IT staffing and IT sales.
Build and maintain relationships , understanding their IT staffing and sales needs.
Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored IT staffing and sales solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
Proven experience in IT staffing, IT sales, or business development.
Strong understanding of IT services and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
