Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated
Business Development Executive
to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through bank visits, referrals, and networking
Present Credaegis services to potential clients effectively
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain client and lead records in CRM
Conduct market research to identify prospects
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Travel within the city/region for business development activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
1-4 years of experience in Sales/Lead Generation (Finance/Banking preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Own vehicle and smartphone for field visits
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred
