Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers or early professionals (0-1 year experience) who are eager to build a career in business development, client communication, and sales strategy. You'll receive complete training and guidance from our experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential leads and explain our skill development programs.
Assist in managing and following up with students, parents, and professionals interested in our courses.
Support the business development team in achieving monthly targets.
Maintain accurate data and records of leads and communications.
Understand student needs and guide them to suitable courses and career pathways.
Participate in training sessions to develop communication and sales skills.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate (BBA or similar background preferred).
Experience:
0-1 year (freshers are welcome).
Skills:
Basic English communication skills (spoken & written).
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Other Requirements:
Must own a
