Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Engage with students, colleges, and professionals to promote company programs.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented personality.
Basic understanding of marketing, lead generation, or sales process.
Freshers or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Benefits:
?12,000 monthly salary.
50% salary increment after 6 months, followed by 30% every 6 months.
