Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven
Business Development Executive
to join our team in
Hyderabad
, with a focus on
Banjara Hills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, building lasting professional relationships, and promoting our healthcare and dental services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities in and around Banjara Hills through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Promote clinic services to doctors, corporates, hospitals, and local businesses.
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to potential clients and partners.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing referral partners and clinics.
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, client onboarding, and revenue growth.
Support marketing and outreach campaigns in local communities and institutions.
Provide regular reports and feedback to management on business performance and market trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or any related field.
Prior experience in sales, field marketing, or healthcare business development is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with local travel and client visits in and around Banjara Hills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized.
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Work Schedule:
Working Days:
6 days a week (1 weekly off)
Timings:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (may vary based on client meetings and field work)
